Our Initiatives 

OSACA is the Apex body for all Agricultural value chains in Ondo State. It was set up in 2015 to harmonize all farmers bodies in the state and act as coordinating body for all Agricultural value chains.

Aims and objectives

  • To serve as the corporate body of Agricultural Commodity Associations in Ondo State.

  • OSACA shall endeavour to unite farmers so that they might have a common voice on matters that affect their welfare, general Agricultural development and food security.

  • Establishment of channels of communication with the Govt of Ondo State, Federal Govt,NGOs, International organizations, research institutions, Agro allied Input dealers and financial institutions.

  • To provide surveillance and prompt report of natural disasters,pest and disease on farmlands to relevant authorities.

  • To liaise with Government on protection of farmlands against cattle and other related invasions.

  • To enhance and pursue export of Agricultural products.

  • To facilitate the establishment of Agricultural Commodity financial bank(s).

  • To promote stakeholders interests at all stages of production by ensuring a reasonable price regime and link stakeholders to affordable market outlets.

  • To promote Agricultural business education through organised seminars, symposia, workshops, lectures, Agricultural fairs and other public enlightening programmes.
